Management Opportunities: We currently have 10 restaurants open in the greater Boston area. We are looking for highly motivated managers and chefs to join our team. Naked Fish is a "DIFFERENT KIND OF RESTAURANT". We believe that we have a distinct philosophy about both the food preparation and the environment in which diners enjoy their meals. We specialize in FRESH grilled fish (naked and not-so-naked), meats, chicken and so much more. Guests enjoy drinking our Cuban cocktails as they hear Latin music playing throughout the lounge and restaurant areas

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

GENERAL MANAGER - Must have at least 2 years experience as a General Manager at a high-volume restaurant. You will be responsible for all restaurant operations; guest satisfaction, hourly employee training, budgets, kitchen knowledge, and much more. We are searching for managers who are "hands on" and enjoy fast-paced environments.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Must have at least 1 year management or supervisory experience in the dining room and/or kitchen in a high-volume restaurant. You will be responsible for learning the daily operations of Naked Fish; guest satisfaction, training hourly employees, opening and closing responsibilities and much more. We are searching for someone who is energetic and willing to learn.

KITCHEN MANAGER - Must have at least 2 years experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager at a high-volume restaurant. You will be responsible for all kitchen operations, quality control, training hourly kitchen workers, safety and sanitation, budgets, and much more. Naked Fish is known for its open kitchens, we need someone who is "hands on", likes to have fun and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for learning the daily kitchen operations; station knowledge, training hourly kitchen workers, safety and sanitation, and much more. We are searching for someone who is energetic and willing to learn.
